1st Time D-Bol User......!!!!I need advice!!!!

I'm a 5'10 240lbs athlete looking to get to about 225-230lbs solid. I'venvever taken steroids. A friend told meto take winstrol. unfortunately, i cannot get that atthe tyme. My boy toldme to try some D-bol to get stronger, more vascular, and bigger. I plan on jst using the d-bol pills, nothing else for 1 time jst to meet my goals.My question is, if iwere to run and eat right would my goals be met.....i was wondering if taking d-bol help me lose sum precentage offmy body fat, i added medium-heavy cardio with my workout routine. And also could someone tell me exactly what d-bol will do to me...because im not looking to getting freakishly large....Thanks
 
Dbol will not help you sir. You need to get on track first. Do some reasearch, from what you just posted it sounds like you have no idea what PCT is. Doing a oral only cycle, specially Dbol is not a good idea.

d/bol will not get you vascular

and quite frankly, it may make you freakishly large (in a water retention kinda way)
listen to Thai, do some more research before jumping the gun
 
first off what's your age?

I wouldn't recommend a dianabol only first cycle but admittedly there are those that would.I don't think it will help lower your bodyfat percentage by itself that will take dieting and cardio and hard work.generally what will happen is you will gain temporary water retention/a bit of size and and then lose it immediately after you stop taking it dianabol....especially if you don't educate yourself on post cycle therapy.if you performed a decent post cycle therapy you could quite possibly keep a lot of your gains.

oral steroids are much harder on your liver than injectables and the gains are easier to keep with injectables imo.why don't you stick around on these forums and educate yourself a bit better before diving in over your head,bro?

It's basically the precautions you must take in order to prevent really bad side effects, as well as restart your body's natural production of hormones after doing steroids.
 
If your only goal is to lose 15 lbs. and get a little vascular than you don't need steroids for that. I dont know who told you that but you probably should just do more cardio and eat properly(lean protein and complex carbs, I hope you know what these are). Also learn to use weights or lifts that force you to stand up as opposed to lazy boy machines where you are sitting down. A perfect example is bent over rows instead of sitting lat pull. You will burn much more fat doing these types of exercises.
 
good advice mickey, you dont need gear now bro. do some research and you should be able to answer most of your questions on your own. winstrol in the last few weeks of a test only cycle could help you reach your goals once you are ready to use gear. dont rush into any thing.

you should do more research on AAS before jumping in. DBOL is MASS builder and I would not suggest running alone.
