1st test cycle! Dose?

My training partner has never done a cycle w/ test and has enough (test e) for 10 weeks @ 375-400mg/week. Is this enough to make noticable gains? This is his third cycle the other two were Eq only.

Stats & cycle:
25
6'0 185, 12%bf
5yrs lifting

We are both doing the same cycle except I am going to run 500mg/wk with the test. Both of us are doing 4 week 30mg Dbol kickstart and last 5 weeks Tren A @ 50mg/day.
I think that with his size, experience w/ test, and the other compounds included 375-400mg/wk test should be enough. What do you think?
 
yeah i think he should see some gains...not to say that 500mg/wk wouldn't be better but with his first time he should be fine. how much eq will he be on. i'd run at least 500mg/wk since the amount of test is low. good luck
 
The Eq was a past cycle. This cycle is Test/Dbol/Tren.
He did the Eq for 14 weeks @ 600mg/wk and I think he said he gained and kept 12lbs with no pct.
 
Hell yeah he should see gains off that. I have run more than a couple Test-E cycles at 500mg/wk, adn made great keepable gains. With the tren and D-bol, he is good to go.
 
it seems to me like he needs to learn to eat a meal with his drugs...
3rd cycle and only 6' 185... 5 years lifting?...
id say his diet is probably shit...
 
yup I guess so..depends on his goals though...what is his bf...

I think 400mg is a good place to start. I would always kick start and end clean with 2 weeks prop on either side though so you don't spend time suppressed and gain nothin from it.
 
I'm trying to work on the diet with him because it sucks. The biggest problem is that he skips meals and sleeps 5 hours a night. I am helping him with the diet, but the sleep I can't help.
 
in my opinion if he's gonna do this he should do it right. you should really encourage him to get more sleep than that if at all possible.

is his diet is that far off and he barely sleeps, then gear is a waste of time, money, and health.

Thats the problem right there, diet and sleep!

exactly!... what he will do is gain a bunch of waterweight real fast... thinking hes getting jacked... then when he gets off... and loses the water and any little bit of actual muscle he gains... because his diet sucks and has no support for what little gains he had... then he becomes depressed... and he probably wouldnt do pct either... so his natural test is supressed and 5 months down the road he ends up being a skinny-fat and quits lifting altogether...
