1st dose Clen with Benadryl

Today is day 1 on clen but I have major allergies. Can I still take Benadryl while on my 1st cycle? My allergies are killing me but I don't want to mess up my cycle.

Yes you can a lot of people run benadryl for the entire Clen cycle if anything it will make sure that in the long run the Clen will be more effective
