I have decided on first cycle 500 test-e wk 10 wks
250 mon- 250 thurs
hcg mon-thurs
pct nolva

Stats
39yrs
263 lbs
5'11"
19% bf mostly midscetion fat

workout
cardio 40 min every morning
mon. chest , tri, shoulders
tues. abs
wed. calves , legs
thurs. abs
fri. back , biceps
7000 to 8000 cal diet 1.5g protien per lb

what do you think should i make any changes?
 
What are you trying to accomplish?

I'm confused, because you're 19% bf but eating 7000-8000 cals a day....while also doing 40min of cardio every day. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

If you're not a powerlifter, then you should be focused on cutting that fat down else chances are you will end up with a higher bf% than what you started with.
 
You can prob save yourself some pinning and just do 500 once a week unless its sus

No. Twice a week for more even blood levels. If anyone is worried about pinning only TWICE a week, then they need to think again about doing an injectable.
 
You are contradicting your self by doing 40mins ccardio and eating 8000cals which is way too much even for a bulk. Pick a goal, either cut or bulk. and adjust cardio and diet accordingly.

The cycle looks good itself though.
 
he could want to keep his cardiovascular heath with the cardio and still overfeed to get gains
