1st cycle

Hey there guys, I'm in need of some help and advice. I'm looking to start my 1st REAL cycle. Last year i baught 100 tabs of dbol but ended up getting 200, and a friend gave me 2 vials of 1ml/250mg deca. I was 5'10 160, and when i was done i was 185. After i got done with that i ran into some old medical problems which hurt my dieting, and working out. I'm not looking to be competitive or anything like that, just to get a little bit bigger, and a stronger. Ive been lifting and eating right (or atleast what i think is right) . After my medical issues came up i lost a lot of weight and muscle which i had for a long time, so i dropped to 150, but now im up to 165 and i think its time i start a cycle. I was wondering what i should do.

About me:
Currently im 5'10, 165lbs. Im very athletic, fast and cut, but not very big. And not being in highschool or high school sports anymore i feel i dont have to be fast and cut, its time to get much stronger and bigger. Im 18 (i know im young) I have a decent diet, 4-6 nytrowhey protien shakes a day, i take coral calcium pills, Fish gels, and i eat usually 4 meals a day. I dont eat any fast food. I eat alot of meat and fish.

For this cycle i was thinking,
20mg dbol a day for first 4 weeks.
250mg deca a week for 10 weeks.
400mg sustanon a week for 10 weeks.

I was wondering if this an alright first cycle, and if anything needs to be changed. And i was also wonder what i should use for pct. And if i should add anything in there during the cycle.

I knew that was going to come up, heh. yea i think i am also, but its hard not wating to do a real cycle. I have a few friends who have had some amazing results. And some older friends who have started using young.
 
The most anabolic substance I would suggest is more food. At your age you can naturally grow like a weed if you eat sufficient calories from quality sources. Don't consider the use of AS when you're older and have a better natural base to work with.
 
you fucked up already, at age 17 man..... Stay away from it till your around 25, if u want to live.

I would say that you have alot of time to gain naturaly but it seems that ur hormones are all out of wack now.

Dont know anything else to tell u other then dont do them.

arnold started when he was 17? i didnt mean that he'll die, but he wont live near as long as he would have. and his body will probly ache like hell when hes 30
 
Well, guys thanks for the advice, i know im young, and it probably isnt the best. I dont know what else to say.
 
Bro, I'm give it to you straight from the hip. You know you're too young for aas and you know that in a short while some guys are gonna start flaming you for being too young and doing aas. I will also opinionate that I don't think you should continue aas until a few more yrs. down the road only because you should still have plenty of natty test and levels should be high. The thing to consider would be the diet. At 5'10 160lbs , there should be a little more eating , and of the quality stuff. But you ended up at 185lbs which was a 25lb increse (sounds like a lot but you have to consider how lbs of lean muscle gained, and how much of it was water weight? You failed to mention your BF%. That would paint the better picture.
Having said that, if you're gonna be an egg-head and do it anyways, the cycle is a very good cycle , not just for a bigger. Being that this is actually your SECOND cycle, it's a still one with moderate doses .The first was actually an alright one for a first, except it was deca and d-bol w/ no test, so your libido must have been so-so at best. Test + D-bol would have turned you into a monster for a first cycle (but only if you ate right.) You lost everything last time because you did no pct and truthfully , you probably didn't do any research right?

This cycle sounds good, but honestly bro, you need to get bigger by eating first. And doing your OWN research. Many people on here offer advice before even doing their first cycle. Be careful. Do your own research, trust yourself and learn the truth. You really should be eating 5-6 meals a day (smaller portions 30-40 grams of protein per meal), add in 4 shakes a day (one that's slow releasing/time release meal replacement shake for bed time) and the other three fast digesting whey for pre/post work out, and also first thing in the morning when you wake up 20 minutes before you eat breakfast. Then make sure you take in glutamine pre/post workout, take in your fish oils, multi-vitamin a must! , and try some creatine (something like CEE = creatine ethel ester). It's not the old creatine, that's for sure! You'll get pleasant results. I would put this cycle on hold for now and get your workouts organized, see what routines work best for you first and then when all is said and done, you've gained an extra 15lbs, droped BF, know you're routines and then you're truly ready to benefit from what aas can do to an experienced lifter.

But if you're still an egg-head, make sure you do your PCT. Get nolvadex and maybe some HCG to run 3 weeks after your last deca shot. Do the research on PCT and how to take those meds.
