what do you suggest for a good first cycle. 32 years old beeen lifting for 6 years. Diet is good (currently experimenting with atkins, but usually do it right)
Low dose of test to see how you respond. 250mgs/wk for 10 wks followed up with a good post cycle therapy. Some will disagree but I say gain off as little as psbl. When you stop gaining, then up the dose or stack it with another AAS. It's safer and cheeper. just my .02
Its all contingent on your training, diet, and sleeping paterns. If they are all in check then get ready to grow. If not then you'll prbly gain but not to the level you could. Give us your stats and what you hope to gain or cut.
I'm sorry but these kind of posts are starting to piss me off. Look at his stats. If you've been lifting for 6 years you're doing something wrong. You should be on the training board, not here.
This is a good thread for all who are interested in a "first cycle." I think many are in the same boat and often don't get the direction which is essential.
