Hey guys,

My name is Chris and I just want to introduce myself and say that this board is amazing and a great wealth of information for those dedicated to the great sport of lifting.....

I have decided on my cycle and woul dlove some feedback from the pros....

first I will give you all my stats.. I am 29 year old 5-11 and weigh 170.. been workingout for 3 hard years.. believe it or not I weighed 140 soaking wet before I Started lifting... I feel I have hit a hard plateau and feel I can really beneifit from a decent cycle...

This is what I have planned.... deca@ 400mg per week along w/ sust @250 a week both straight through for 10 weeks and clomid therapy to follow.... I have obtained all the gear and just need points before I start. I hope to gain 15-20 pounds and keep it all.

Basically thats it... While upping ther sust to 500 may yield bigger results this is my 1st cycle and feel I should go light and see how my body reacts plus I only weigh 170 now so I think I will yield good results w/ only 250 of sust...

SO what do you guys think about thsi cycle???

Looks like a good sensible first cycle!!! Watch your diet, training and get sleep and the results from the cycle will be great!!!!
What will your post cycle regime look like??
 
Thanks for the response....

post cycle will include clomid therapy along w/ creatine and clenbuterol.

I have 250 clentabs and was wondering the best way to do it...
