I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on doing a cycle and how to do it? I am 26 yrs old, 165lbs, have been training for about 2 yrs now. I was thinking on doing test 400 with dbol (25 mg pills). any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

#2 - you dont need to even THINK about a cycle until you are a solid 180-90 pounds if you are average height or taller. 200 is even better
A scheduled HEAVY eating and HEAVY lifting cycle needs to be a priority.
If you can bench 1.5 times bodyweight and can shrud 2x bodyweight for reps, then you are probably advanced enough regardless of bodyweight.
I was 155 in highschool and was well into the 200's before I even considered a cycle.....
Look - if you are not eating and training enough to gain now - why do you think a cycle will help that?
