1st cycle...what can I expect??

I am 5'8". 165lbs, 11%bf, 30 yrs old

have decided to do a cyp/deca cycle:

w 1-8 deca 300mg (Brovell)
w 1-9 cyp 400mg (Upjohn)
w 12-14 clomid 100mg 1st day 50 thereafter (Omefin)

This being my first cycle I really don't know what to expect...assuming I take in enough calories, protein, and workout properly (that is assuming a lot I know)...what can I realistically expect as far as max gains and keepable gains????

Any suggestions on improving my cycle is also appreciated
 
Anywhere between 1 and 750 pounds.

Seriously, with that being your first cycle, assuming your diet is on, perhaps 15-25 pounds.
 
you'll definetly see very respectable gains from that cycle since its your first. but i think you should run the cyp weeks 1-8 and run the deca from 2-9. Do this because it will allow you too keep more of the gains and also because after about 7 weeks of deca your body doesnt respond to it as well any longer. Doing that will help out some but if you want to keep the cycle the way you have it, it wont give you a problem. what im trying to say is your cycle isnt bad im just giving you some tips.
 
it probably wont i dont know why i said that id just finish with the deca so i told him what i would do. just giving my opinion i told h it wouldnt make much of a difference
 
Run them both 10 weeks and front load the first week. You could get 30 pounds or even more depending on how much you eat and rest

does anyone else agree with JMG?? and if so...how much the first week to front load?????
 
Almighty is full of shit...he he j/k. Yeah your gains will all depend on if you rest and have your diet in check. 30 pounds is very reasnoable. I gain 32lbs and kept 25lbs, so good luck. Almighy your the man!!!

If I kept anywhere approaching 20 I would be abolutely thrilled!!! I understand the Protien intake necessary, but how many carbs and from what should I be getting, realizing that I DO NOT want to gain much fat???
