1st cycle update

about 4 weeks in started at about 210lbs currently at 221-222lbs..started out on 200mgs deca week (but bumped it up to 400mgs last week) and the sad part is the deca hasnt even kicked in yet, and if it has it only 200mgs...so im bumpin it up too 400mgs for the remaining 6 weeks..25mgs dbol for first 4 weeks but i may run it 2 more weeks ill wait and see...no real bloat but put around an inch on my quads and half inch on my arms...in the mirror i really cant tell a monster difference and dont really go by the scale because of water, but i know the tape measure doesnt lie so im pretty happy so far...strength is way up i guess ill max at the end of the cycle even tho im not really lifting with real low reps (just doing 10-8-6 for 3 diff excercises) so dont know how much my max will increase..im pushin myself in the gym so hopefully i cant get to 230lbs + and keep most of it with my pct but ill wait and see...
 
ya the only thing i wish i started out at 400mg deca from the beginning...and i was suppose to start beginning of april but jumped the gun couldnt wait and started a lil earlier than i was supposed to..but so far so good...
 
well... to tell u the truth.. 230 isn't really all that much. Take it from another 6'2'' white boy, lol. I started my cycle around 230 and I felt small... now around 245 I still dont feel big. Im just hoping to add on another 10 lbs on muscle (at least) to get to where I wanna be, and I still wont be big enough.
But good luck with your cycle. I hope you reach your goals
 
sweed i dont know what they call it, but ur ones of those dudes who could prolly be 280lbs and still think your small lol (i know alot of guys that are HUGE and still think they bodies are too small, where does it end lol)....your a big dude, u also have to realize i graduated high school at 175lbs and worked my ass off the last 5 years to get to 210 naturally so hopefullyi can just kee adding to that...
 
Congrates man on the agins soo far, all of which is probably water weight from the dbol, but comgrats still. Keep hitting it hard eating it right and sleeping and you'll get where you want to go.

ya bro, same here, I was about 180 when i graduated HS... about 150 my froshman year. I was a skinny fuck. lol. But you're right, I have "bigorexia" body Dismorphic Disorder, haha.
