I've got test e here but I don't want to start taking it without some tips from the pros and more experienced ppl on here :) it's test e 500 mg. I'm 5'10" 202lbs don't know bf% but I'd guess around 16 to 17% maybe a little more
 
23 yrs old. Training has been on and off for 3 years but sticking to it this time as I've got everything I need at home now so I've got no excuses. Played football over ten years now
 
drop your bf% down a bit.. then you can run 500mg per week of test for 10 weeks. keep an AI on hand.. and run a pct and you should be good to go.

this is a great lifestyle but it takes a lot of commitment. i'm assuming your goals are to gain muscle mass. if that is the case you should have your training and diet down pat before juicing. once you are confident then go for it. you shouldn't rush things
 
Sounds good to me. Ok so I've been on a strict diet for say 3 weeks now and already seeing some small results. But should I be lifting smaller with more reps to lose body fat quicker or keep between the 6-8 reps that I have been doing for the last for weeks. I've gained 2.5 kg in this time and it sure can't be fat
 
^^^^ no such thing as spot training.

you lose body fat 2 ways... strict diet, and cardio.

cardio will burn away fat and muscle.

a catabolic diet will burn away fat and muscle as well.

hence you should stay in shape and not resort to having to burn fat, it all starts with your diet.

burning fat and putting on muscle is difficult when your diet is crap. so get that fixed first
