1st cycle d-bol pills! Please help

PLEASE HELP
hey everyone i need proffesional answers from experianced steroid users. im going to start off with my stats
149lbs 5'10 12%body fat 22yro workout 4x aweek (extremely active)
ive been reading all over the internet trying to figure out to take dbol pills (blue heart shaped 10mg) and what to take them with. i never took steroids but im considering it now because ive been struggling on gaining weight/mass for 5yrs now. i want to know if its really worth taking 1 cycle of dbol pills , ive read i need to take test with it ...but would i finish my cycle of dbol 1st then take test after? i want to know whats better, opinions and experiances are greatly appreciated.

i also want to know what over the counter things i should take example (milk thistle, liver vitamins, proteins, etc) ?
ps- i know alot of trainers dont encourage steroid use, but im just asking for a smart safe way to take these pills.

Well I'm just gonna tell u what most people are gonna say anywayz. First off ur 5'10 and weigh 145lbs ur like a stick. U say have been training hard for 5 years and can't gain no weight that can really only mean a couple things either u don't know how to eat or u don't know how to lift weights properly or I'm guessing both. With those body stats ur gonna take dbol ur gain some good water weight, strength might go up a little and the minute u come off its pretty much all gonna go away. I don't see u mentioning anything about on cycle support (some type of AI). I also don't see anything about a proper PCT. u need way more knowledge of these drugs and how to take them before u put it in ur body. But first u need to get ur diet and workout in check. If u cant grow naturally ur probably not gonna grow on AAS. Of course this is all just my opinion, but that's what we are here for, be safe and good luck.

that can only mean one thing he isn't eating enough for sure weight lifting or not !
 
you aren't eating enough and you are doing too much damn cardio. need to hit the weights heavy and hard and eat way better. you don't need roids. you are only 22 and for most guys its harder to gain mass when you are young, so give it more time. it will get easier as you age. 149 pounds even for a guy who is 5 3 is too short
 
I was in an accident 5yrs ago so lost all my weight but ivr only been working out for a year now. I consume 2900 calories a day ...i take protein, creatine , and weight gainer. I am cut im not saying im stick thin I just want more weight . I know I also need pct but I heard its hard to get. Trust me , Ive been reading up on this for a while I just need to hear the people who actually took these steroids and know what theyre talking about.

I appreciate everyones response wether its positive or negative, it helps.
