Stats.5'9 180 9% BF.27 years old. been training for ten years. If i didnt work out I would be about 150. Vet small frame/fast metaboloism.
10 weeks
1-10 400mg Test E
2-12 .5 adex(more if I hold to much water but im sure i wont with drinikin Gal./day
20mg Nova on hand then weeks 12-14 20mg a day then 10mg week 15.
Not tryin to actually "bulk" per say. I still wanna looked ripped but gain some muscle and actually get focused on diet and lose a lil BF. I eat clean as heck I just gotta put more calories in. This will probaly be a normal day.
6am-yogurt,oatmeal,protein shake
9am-6-8 eggs,whole wheat bread.
11am-protien shake
2- chicken rice and sweet potato
5-same as above
8-cottage chesse and yogurt
10-protein shake.
If I need to eat more then that I guess I will have to get b12 for appetite,cause even thats gonna be hard. BTW I got 22g 1.5!!!! They look huge! I guess Im gonna have to get over that quickly
 
Yea. I figure I wont see much bloat the first 2 weeks so I may hold off on the Adex...or may not. But the nolva Im gonna run PCT unless signs of gyno occur. I heard 20mg may alter your gains if you run it everyday. Is that true?
 
I would say bump your test to 500mg/week.

If you wanna gain lean mass without a lot of fat then you should cut down on the carbs.

With proper PCT you can expect to keep some of your gains.

What do you mean by nolva altering your gains (in a good way or a bad way)?
 
I think it looks really good, I would personally use 400mg of ent and add in 300mg of deca or maybe primo, but if its your first this should give you good gains, I dont think you will need the nolva and I dont think you will really need anymore than .5mg of dex either, good luck bro.
 
good job there bro...nice cycle, and it looks like you are a very lean person naturally looking at your stats so i don't think those carbs are gonna cause you any problems! Good luck with it
 
diesel, where do you plan to inject? You may want to get some smaller gauge darts. I just do quads and delts (theyre the easiest to aspirate and hit) with 25g 1".
