polar, listen bro, nor-19 really isn't worth it. I did 2 bottles of that shit, and all it really did was give my gyno.
if you don't want to take gear yet, and are looking toward supplemets the only thing id reccomend is some protein products (shakes, bars) If you wanna add some weight you can even try creatine. stay away from prohormones! You're better off doing a light cycle, like maybe some Winny..

The thing about prohormones is that they have been associated with many of the side effect that would would see from the real juice, but with no evidence for an benefits like you would see with real juice. Why use something with all the bad but none of the good, makes no sense. I am sure you mean well and all, but either do AS or creatine if you are looking for more size.

Actually, 19-Norandrostenediol is a nandrolone precursor and does not aromatize or readily lead to gynecomastia. Androstenedione is the primary culprit for producing estrogenic sides without a correlating benefit.

i tried andro once. Adrosol from biotest. I used it for 2 days and that was it for me... I sprayed it on. could not sleep, heart was beating fast etc.... i just tossed the crap in the trash

I would be very surprised if someone got gyno from 19-NOR-androstenediol. It is a nandrolone precursor and does not activate aromatization. Gyno from it would have to be progesterone induced, which is rare to begin with, and at the dosages recommended for 19-Nor use, gyno is highly unlikely-----unfortanately, so is noticeable muscle growth.Nathan said:

I realize that there are differences in the andros but I'm not joking when I say I've read of people (well, 2 or 3) getting gyno from 19-norandrostenediol. Whether or not that was really what they were taking or their dosages is anyone's guess I suppose. Thanks though for the response.

Pimpn - they might have been, I'm not sure. It could very well have been adolescent gyno as well I guess. I didn't know them and didn't ask any questions as I wasn't too interested in hearing more about any of the andros . That's probably why I'm a little malinformed when it comes to prohormones. I haven't heard one good thing about 'em and so didn't give 'em much thought.
