I am having a party this weekend, looking to expect around 300 people.

Can you imagine what my liquor bill is going to be like?

Assuming that everyone is going to have a few drinks...I say it will run from about $15-50 dollars a person. So, you will be doing good if it is 5K.

6 1.75 liters of Smirnoff Vodka
9 1 liters of UV flavored vodka
12 bottles Kendall Jackson Chardonnay
4 Bottles Merlot
2 cases Bud
2 cases Bud Light
1 case Carona
1 case Heinken

They are letting me use their distributor to purchase the rest of what I need.

This is going to be a fund raising party, so I get to write everything off on my taxes.

Then there is food, mixes, snacks, napkins, etc...

On the good news side is that the distributor is very cheap. I didn't know there was such a mark up on liquor. I am getting Absolute 1.75 liters for $8 per bottle.

Yeah.... I know. Of course, I am going to use the opportunity to stock up on my own stuff for the bar as well. I don't drink, but I like to display nice bottles (i.e Ultimat, Van Gogh, etc...)
