The vitaminshoppe brand of Flax Seed Oil is half off this month. Would like to know how many daily servings can I get out of 16oz of this stuff. Would 1 bottle last me a month.

16 oz. of flax oil is about 33 servings, so if you take 1 tablespoon a day, it would last about a month. i buy the 32 oz. barleans flax oil from a local health store for $16.

One ounce is two tablespoons. i dont know if it matters which brand you choose, isn't it all made from the same stuff i never worry about buying a brand of protein because i figure it all does the same stuff to me so why worry about brand loyalty .

i think barleans is the best.
and are you sure that 2 tablespoons equls one ounce? cause my 32 ounce bottle of flax oil says it has 67 tablespoons
