Posted before but wanted to share my progress with everyone. I'll post some more photos when I can, but I'll show you some before photos and stats aswell as after photos. All stats are legit (I've logged every thing monthly if not weekly in a book)

Before: August the 2nd 2013 (5months into training, little decimation and commitment, this is were it took off)
Height: 6ft
Weight: 65kg or 145lb
Bodyfat: 23 mm on calipers (11-13% bodyfat)
Arms: 12.3inches
Chest: 39 inches
Legs: 19.6 inches

After: August the 7th 2015 ( 2 years training)
Height: 6ft
Weight: 90kg or 200lb
Bodyfat: 21 mm on calipers (9-10%)
Arms: 16inches
Chest: 50.5 inches
Legs: 24 inches

This was me the year I started training. As mentioned I'll post my after photos
 
I case anyone also wondered my current strength stats are:

Bench: 150kg
Deadlift: 200kg

Those are the only two I test strength on, I focus mainly on hypertrophy training so strength isn't a real biggi for me personally.
