hey everyone,

I am an extremely small dude

23years old
5'4''
120lbs
bf 14-15%

I really wanna start my cycle of sustanon and durabolin but some people are telling me to keep cutting?

If I am gonna bulk I need to start soon.

Cut or Bulk?

if you are 120lbs, then you really cannot cut anything...and 14-15% body fat is not horrible, but my guess is that you need to get your diet straightened up. Start eating 4000 plus calories/daily and well proportioned (50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat, for example). How long have you been training cause you can prob have some serious natural gains before going ahead with the cycle, that's what many will tell you here. Personally, I think you should stop worrying about your body fat, eat like a beast, train like a beast, push yourself to the limit, and THEN after doing this for a good while (year plus) continue to gain with your gear. This is the only way you will really take full advantage of a cycle.

I'd ease into 4k calories though. Depends how many calories you're taking in now. If you jump up your calories too quick you will gain fat quickly. I've tried it.

Bulk. You might be able to shed fat and gain muscle at your size as well.

+1
If you only 5'4 and 120, there's no reason to cut
Sounds like you have lots of room to put on muscle

regular maintenance calories or somewhat over that and most of it being lean meats , fish, fat free milk, complex carbs and you should be able to do what he suggested. Just get your diet in check and dialed in

true true...you can monitor your intake and adapt an increasing calorie diet every two weeks, lets say. Stretch your stomach little by little, cause like 1999TL says you could encounter some problems. That's why I'm saying that you should take time to reach a stable period of eating and training before you jump into a cycle. That's the best way.

alright im def gonna go for the bulk, i think my 15% body is a special circumstance since I have so much room to grow, increasing muscle mass will drop my bf% anyways. I don't look fat at all, cant see a six pack but oh well id rather put some mass on and worry about that later

you need to build muscle before you can cut, that's why you can't see a six pack. Build away my friend, I suggest you do it natty for a while. Please listen to us, it's the best advice you can get...don't think juice is a miracle drug because it isn't. Think about it like this - it's the final touch to a master piece - you need to have a close to perfect base before going ahead with this. IT WILL ONLY BE A TEMPORARY SOLUTION OTHERWISE. GO NATTY UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR PEAKS.

3 years, but only 2 of those years were serious.

Thanks for all of the advice guys, if I am bulking how many calories should a featherweight like myself consume? I wanna put on serious muscle but keep the fat off.

I have been eating 50% protein 30%carbs and 20%fats is this an okay macronutrient ratio?

Right now I have been only eating complex carbs, only going simple carbs after workout

I am getting over 2grams of protein/lb of bodyweight

I have been eating around 2500 cals this week and hope to bump it up to 3000 next week and 3500 the week after that.

How many calories are too many and how many are too little, remember I only weigh 120lbs

Your macros look good.

Your maintenance cals are probably about 2000 cals a day. So start by eating 1000 cals over maintenance (3000 a day) and start doing heavy compound lifts (bench press, military press, rows, deadlifts, squats) with some extra work like dips and pull ups thrown in. Then after a couple weeks see if you want to bump the cals to 3500. 3500 is probably more than enough for you considering your size. That will allow you to put on more muscle without adding too much fat. Too many cals and you will put on fat and muscle because you can only put on so much muscle a week anyway.

Wait on the cycle until you put on more weight. The gear will stay good for a couple years so just wait on it.
