12 week competition cut

Hey guys I'm currently 12 weeks out from a body building competition and today happens to be the first day that I have no carbs I was doing 4days with carb one day without and I was wondering what should I do in the days that I work out and can't have any carbs ? Like would it be ok to have a pre work out so that way I have some kind of energy in the gym ?
 
Ok more info? .. are you still doing the 4 day carbs and on day no carbs? do you have a plan for the full 12 weeks? and what are you eating on your carb days? and what is your body fat % right now?
