you can only give a certain person karma once every 48hrs, from what I've gathered...
and, the more you have, the more you cna give and the more each karma hit is worth...

no, it aint bs.....maybe you don't have enough karma to be able to give any out....plus, you also have to get karma from other ppl in order for your karma to work.....it's all confusing shit....I jsut keep trying to give karma to ppl and evnetually it works
