10min away from injecting in shoulder need help...

ok i have never injected in my shoulder i saw the 2thick's website and know my spot im gonna inject a 1in 23g thats all i have of 1ml of deca any advice.......also can i inject enathate in my shoulder does it matter which one i inject

normally i'd use 25g, 5/8" pin. But bro you're gonna love the temporary swelling you see in your delts. Looks beautiful in the mirror. Dont' forget to aspirate and stretch your shoulders after injecting.

just find the point that sticks out the farthest on your side delt, lube up the pin and roll it in nice and easy, i use the delts constantly when on fina and winny

Why Deca... ?No need for a site injection with deca. Not short acting! Waste of pain. Ena maybe but go with a 1in insulin needle or 25g 5/8in.
