what's supposed to be the benefit of chewing them up? I've never heard that... interesting though and good timing, because I'm about to use anavar and as many hours as i've put into research, i haven't read that.

With all tableted products vitamins etc...The total compression used in the tablet process dictates if it will be broken down in digestion. The chinese now what there is compress at and reccomend chewing.
