100mg Benadryl too much?

Guys, I need some fucking sleep. This tren has fucked up my sleep for the last 3 days...toss and turn all night, can't fall asleep, then when I do I wake right back up. My ass has been dragging all day, so I picked up some Benadryl and gonna pop a few tonight.

I think I remember me taking 4 (100mg) of these last year when I couldn't sleep, and it worked pretty damn good. Just want to run it by you guys, make sure it's not too much.

BTW, been using 100mg 5-htp and 4 valerian root caps...not working any longer

100 mg seems a little high. I just checked my Bayer PM. The recommended dosage, 2 tabs, would be 38.3 x 2 or 76.6 mg of Diphenhydramine.

I think 100 mg would def knock you out. Drink a lot of water to flush your system and it tends to dehydrate me a little.

i had red breakout marks on my arms for some allergic reaction...i was self medicating with like 2-3 benadryl's (the little pink ones) every 4 hours. so probably 12 a day plus a medroid pack of methylprednisone, and ECA and andro. i wanted to kill someone literally. but i didn't die or anything. went away after all this plus a benadryl IV, as if i didn't have enought benadryl in me already. that stuff NEVER made me sleepy though. xanax will.

Took 100mg last night and it worked...THANK GOD! I'm a little groggy this morning, but I needed something to brake the cycle and to get a decent nights sleep. I'm gonna try and not take it tonight, hopefully I'll be able to fall asleep on my own....hopefully....
