i think all recreational BB should not exceed the 1 gram total of roids and stay arround 500mg - 700mg most of the times until they perfect their diet and training and when their gains start to stall a little increase to 1 gram will benefit them later on.
Although, if it's your first cycle then I wouldn't run deca. If you decide to anyway then don't go over 200mg per wk. You first need to understand how the Testosterone is affecting you apart from the deca.
