I think it would be fine for him honestly. I would take my oldest. There was no bad language, nudity, or anything really scary. There were some parts in the wild that you wondered what the heck it was getting people, but when u figured it out nothing to be scared of at all. If he can watch Harry Potter he can watch this shit.
