100 ip winny tabs

these pills are 45mg a piece. should i take 2 tabs or stay at 45mg. I also have cytomel and clen. im cutting down.

Some will say use 2,some will say use 1. Personally i prefer taking 2. Just make sure you chew those ip tabs up,don't just swallow them.

just for the sake of asking....why would u chew them up?? is it because ur body will "absorb" more of the active ingredient, stanozolol?
