100% clean Fina......

is it possible to be 100% sure it is clean after conversion? Boil or freeze the vial? Any ideas? I don't want to risk the chance of an infection!

There have been thousands of self converted fina using quality kits and no problems that could be attributed directly to them that I know of. Do some homework and check out what size filter is needed to catch bateria and if your kit has the filter thats small enough, its all you should need.
