prolly an easy 130 on top of the roofs

I got a few guys on my roof here in FL, 95ish and summer humidity. Poor guys.

Baghdad doesn't have a lot of AC.

yep where i live it gets to 95 but the feels like temp is 105 with the humidity
in iraq the feels like temp is always lower than the actual temp because of the low humidity 101 will feel like 97
