What iron fist meant to say was it changes and depends on your weight.
If you are 220 and 10% bf it is like saying you have 22lbs of fat. But you could be 220 and 8% BF by dieting while eating a lot of protein and then you never actually lost a lb of bodyweight but you only have 18lbs of fat. Or you could go from 220 at 10% (22lbs of fat) to 200 at 8% (16lbs of fat) and you lost 6lbs of fat and 14lbs of muscle and water weight.
