Well fellas, everything is looking fairly promising thus far. I was originally supposed to have surgery done on Mar 5 but was cancelled until Mar 8 (last friday). The doc said everything went fairly well but I did have quite a bit of bone loss due to the fact that I've had so many dislocation episodes which obviously wears away at the bone. The only problem with that is now that I've lost the irriplaceable (sp) bone mass my range of motion is going to be fairly limited (ie 65-90% of normal) which is okay because normal for me was a wide range of motion due to my flexibility which in turn actually made it easier for the bankart lesion to form originally. Anyhow, I'm feeling ok without the use of pain meds (woo hoo, I hate being on codiene(sp)) and my range of motion is getting better by the day! It almost feels identical to a badly sprained ankle. I am able to take off my sling and do normal tasks like cooking or showering without too much discomfort. I do choose to wear the sling alot because without it I tend forget that it's injured. I went to open the freezer the other day with my good arm (right) and some hashbrowns fell out, well by instinct I went to grab them with my catching hand (left and injured arm) and boy, I'll tell you about friggin pain! The swelling has come down abit but it appears very puffy and waterfilled all the way down to my elbow still. I spoke with the chiropacter at my gym this morning and showed him my range of motion and he was actually quite impressed. He said being that my muscles are used to being battered heavily they know how to heal quicker. I also asked him when does he think I'll be able to do presses, lifts, pulls, etc again cause at this rate I think, next month I'll be at it again. His response was that everyone heals at different rates and that it could be as little as eight to twelve weeks. hell yeah! I can still do leg presses, curls extentions, lower back extentions, abs and seated calve raises and cardio (on the bike) so I'm not totally handi-caped, lol.
I wanna do a cycle that will achieve muscle growth throw every possible mechanism as soon as I'm able to fully get back in the gym. I figure I'd run test all the way through at 500mg/wk as a backbone and throw in a50, dbol, deca, eq, winny, fina, anavar. I know it sounds like alot but I've always ben one to experiment with dosages and substances with fairly good results.
It would look something like this:
