I just started my second week ok Kilo 1-test and 4AD spray. I mixed 2 grams 1-test in 4AD spray, and taking around 300mg day orally.
Friday was my seventh day and first noticable difference. Did arms and got crazy pumps. Poundage was higher for 2-3 more reps than normal in EZ bar curls and skullcrushers. Also did a couple more supersets than usual, with more weight.
Body weight up about 3 lbs but I tend to fluctuate a pound or two from one day to the next, so we'll wait another week and see on the weight.
So far so good.
