1 Test/ 1 AD

Looking for help, done search and gotten no where. I'm 35 yrs. old been lifting every week for a little over a year now and currenty at a stand still in size and gains. I've herd alot of good things about 1 AD stacked with 1 test. I would like to do a cycle but don't want towaste my time or money. So my question is,1 how to do it from start to finish and 2 what are the best products to take? Thanks
 
if youve only been lifting for a year, you still can do a lot naturally...why worry about the sides from 1 AD when you can still lift natural....what are your stats?
 
Have you tried switching up your routine? Are you taking in enough food and getting enough rest?

Do a search on 5x5 training on the training board. I made awesome gains off that when my gains stopped with my other routine.
 
Without knowing what your routine is, everybody is right - your problem could be training, diet or age.

At 40 I tried prohormones with some pretty nice results. Since 1AD converts to 1 testosterone stacking these may be a waste of time - just do the 1 test with something else maybe 6 oxo or another estrogen blocker. Keep training hard and keep us posted.
 
stacking the two is a waste. simply pick which one is cheaper and double the dose.

also one year is a very short time. what kind of routine are you doing? you need to swith it up.

the 20-rep SUPER SQUATS routine is an awesome propgram to jumpstart gains.
