Looking for help, done search and gotten no where. I'm 35 yrs. old been lifting every week for a little over a year now and currenty at a stand still in size and gains. I've herd alot of good things about 1 AD stacked with 1 test. I would like to do a cycle but don't want towaste my time or money. So my question is,1 how to do it from start to finish and 2 what are the best products to take? Thanks
