1-T Tren Log + Androgel

Today is my 1st day of working out following a motorcycle accident (broken left leg). Since I'm impatient, I am going to run 1-T Tren and Androgel (10 gm packs) starting immediately. My goal is overall body recomposition. Below are my measurements:

I'm going to update my workouts daily and update my measurements weekly.
 
Also adding P-Plex weeks 1-3 (3 caps/day) and M-drol (wk 3 = 1 cap, wks 4,5&6 = 2 caps)


any thoughts / suggestions
 
Day 2 - cardio:

Went to gym at 5AM...rode stationery bike for 1hr...weight is 235...did not sleep last night.
 
Day 2 - workout:

Today was backday...felt weak but this was 1st time working back in several years...3 sets of pulls to neck...3 sets of iso pulls to the chest (Smith Machine)....3 sets of iso pulldowns / underhand grip...3 sets of hyper extensions.
 
Day 3 - Weight 235.6
Got % of bodyfat tested today with handheld device...25%...not good when it use to be in the range of 10 - 14%.
Worked shoulders today.
dumbbell press 35X10, 50X10, 50X5
upright rows 45X15, 65X15, 85X15
Leg Press 90X15, 180X15, 270X15, 360X15, 360X15
4 sets of abs 25 reps
stationery bike 30 minutes, level 3
