1-T and 4-AD

"Must" is contextual, the issue being of which results one seeks (lean gains, or overall bulk),and of which side effects a given person is more-so prone to (hair-loss and such).

For an overall sense of well-being and muscular accrual (with water/volume retention), then 4AD works itself quite well with 1-Test (especially to combat the lethargy as associated with it).
 
Dante is very right depends on what you are looking for... They work good together or separate... Lean gains use 1-test.. Bulky wattery gains use 4-ad best of both worlds COMBINATION...Hope that helps. Talk to ya..
