Well as expected, all my weights are up. The really interesting thing is my bodyweight.
I put on 6lbs in 10 days, which went up to 10lbs in 15 days. And I know it wasn't all water. I started doing cardio and tightened up my diet a lil more (what little I could do) and after 30 days I have put on a good 11 pounds.
I have never done cardio before (complete ecto) and am now doing 30 mins 4 days a week and an hour 2 days a week.
I feel sooo much better now. Its absolutely amazing!
