1 month on TRT....results

Well as expected, all my weights are up. The really interesting thing is my bodyweight.

I put on 6lbs in 10 days, which went up to 10lbs in 15 days. And I know it wasn't all water. I started doing cardio and tightened up my diet a lil more (what little I could do) and after 30 days I have put on a good 11 pounds.

I have never done cardio before (complete ecto) and am now doing 30 mins 4 days a week and an hour 2 days a week.

I feel sooo much better now. Its absolutely amazing!

What do they have you on? 6lbs in 10 days? That's pretty good. Are you eating like a horse or what?

Oh, sorry to disappoint but 6lbs in 10 days is 100% water. Glad you like it though.

if it's the first 10 days yea, but not if it's day 40-50 :D

34, 6'2 was 198 11% bf prior. Still 3800-4200 cals/day. I have a hard time believing it was all water because I really watched my intake, I weighed at different times during the day and didnt look/feel bloated at all. Anyway, Im down 2 9% bf sitting at 209.

200mg/test cyp/wk

How did you go about getting your doc to prescribe this? Thats fucking awesome bro.
 
So you feel really good now as opposed to before?

how ere your energy levels before going on 200 a week?
 
Yea, too lean. Im still trying to add, just not ready for a gut during summer :)

My levels when I went in were 283. My doc wants to see me around 800, hence the 200mg/wk.

My energy levels are ten fold higher than before TRT. I don't get tired during the day and I sleep better at night. I will say my fuse is a lil shorter but all I need to do is step back and take a breath and its ok.

I'll try and get some pics up this week if I can.

yeah the weight is mostly a combination of subcutaneous water retention and increased water and glycogen uptake into the muscle (muscle fullness) the latter of which gives you some size.
 
Did you just tell your doc that you think your natty test is low or what?

Did he/she ask you if you have done anabolic steroids? If so, what did you say?
 
my training partner is 46, 6'5", started at 230 - very lean, former calvin klein, joe boxer underwear model. after 6 weeks on 800mg test and 800mg eq he is 245. he gained 1.5 pounds of muscle. muscle takes alot of time and calories to grow.
 
I told him how I felt. He did the bloodwork and thats when I found out my levels.

No, he didnt ask. I told him the supps I do/did take at the time. DHEA, Protein's, etc.

Timtim....1.5 or 15 in 6? If 1.5, that seems really low for that big a dose.

1.5 lean pounds of muscle in 6 weeks on a 46 year old man is a ton. he gained a total of 15 pounds and is still extremely lean but it goes to show you how much muscle can be gained in a given time period. it doesnt just appear because of aas.

to be clear he has you on one 200 mgs shot a week and you feel much better?
 
Timtim.....Ok, you'd have to ask some others but I really dont think that 1.5 in 6 weeks is a ton, especially while "on". Im sure others will argue but from what Ive read and seen its not. Just mho. I know aas arent a cure all but when everything else is dialed in and thats's lacking....then instantly add it.....see what I mean?

WB...yes 1-200mg per week. Night and day diff bro

ive done about 10 cycles of my own. ive been around plenty of people on hrt and trt. if you believe you have added 11 pounds of muscle in 30 days, thats good. ive put on 20 to 25 pounds on various cycles in 10 to whatever weeks. its not even close to half in muscle. walking away with 5 to 6 pounds of new lean tissue is alot in my opinion. its realistic.

Shoot, 5-6lbs of muscle is fucking awesome.

most people dont get how difficult it is to add lean tissue. it doesnt grow overnight. i love to hear when people say i put on 25 pounds on my cycle and a month after pct i kept 22. maybe, but its not nearly 22 pounds of muscle.
 
I know. Some noob was following me around the gym not too long ago telling me how he gained 10lbs of muscle on creatine. I said, "good job man" and blocked him out mentally. lol
 
Oh I know its not all lean muscle. Never said it was, I know its not all water weight though.

I still say 1.5lbs in 6 weeks is low. But that's just me.

Hell I can gain 5lbs in a day if I don't pee :P

not necessarily. most wont need that much to be in the normal/high normal range. it really depends on the person and the how far the doctor is willing to go to accomodate need.
