1 inchers should be okay as long as you dont have a fat ass, but - like you said - 1.5 inch is preferable for glutes

Dewd, the feds have better shit to do then bust you for pinz. Besides they are legal, except in CA and Illinois. I'm in CA but I bought all 100 pinz for my dog (veterinary purposes)

I'm not a big dog...but I always use a 1 1/2 for my ass shots. Then again...I use 1 1/2 for quads too. I use them for everything because there the only pins I can get cheap.
