Anyone have any gains from this product when used by itself. Also did you have any sides from it? Any adverse effects on the liver?

I firmly believe that prohormones are crap...But I have heard of people getting some good results from this stuff.

I did 1AD taking 4 pills a day & I would compare it to a real light equ. only cycle(say 150mgs/wk)..You will get some results, but the was pretty bad for me--worse thatn test in my case. Also, it's pretty damm expensive.

The equ. comparison is for how you appear, but as far as strength---your bench will definitely go up using 1AD. Myself, I strive towards development & don't look at weight too much.

I liked 1-AD. 6 pills a day for 5 weeks. It was fast acting. Next time (if I dicide), I'll stack with a little test because its hard on your junk.
