1-ad dose?

on the bottle its 1 pill 3 times a day ...thats only 300 mlg ....with only 30% (?) absorbtion ....what should i up it to ??? ps.. its my second cycle

Ummm...not to be nasty or snobby about this, but any pro hormone even one like 1-AD should not be used in the same terminology as a cycle. To be really honest. Save your money from GNC and wait until you can afford a real AAS cycle. Just my opinion. Guys, am I out of line for saying this? Thanks! Alan.

If you are dead set on prohormones...take a look at m1t.
