1 ad cycle plz help

Im doing my first 1-AD cycle, i was thinking:

first week: 300 or 400mg/day
second : 600mg/day
third : 600mg/day
fourth : 300mg or 400mg/day

then post cycle, I will be taking 6-OXO, Im not sure what dosage to use, and for how long...a bottle come with 60 though, will I need more than one bottle? and my other question was whether to do 300 or 400 for the 1st and 4th weeks...

For a 1st cycle, why don't you go with a straight 300 mg per day. You will get good gains from that. Then in later cycles when diminishing returns set in, you can increase daily amounts.

I cant see getting ANY gains with 300mg/day ...
