Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below is 1,4 butanediol hard on your liver or what? i hear and read about people using it as an alcohol substitute during their cycles. the reason being is that it is not hard on the liver. i ordered some and a day before a get it, i read about it being extremely hard on the liver and kidneys. i dont want to use it if that is the case. by the way i know all the safety precautions involved in using it.
