test acne pct

Just wondering if anyone ever got bad acne especially on there back from using Test C? I'm getting ready for my first cycle, but I already have a lot of back acne to start with. Anyone have any ideas of how to get rid of bacne before my cycle(supplements, creams, medicines, etc.)?
