Anybody's gear have a small cut on the bottom part of the metal ring holding the stopper in place? Mine has a slit in it, and every one ive ever seen has been completely smooth. To describe it, it would be like drawing a circle and cutting a tiny sliver out of it. Its just on the bottom, not on...
