pin transfer fitness vial

Hey guys, my source finished up making my gear yesterday and went to the post office to pick up his new vials and all of them were busted...he could not find any vials in time and had to put them in preloaded pins to salvage the batch. Is there anyway I can safely transfer the preloaded pins...
