iF YOU file Personal bankruptcy in 2008/2009 2 years from now when you're trying to buy a new BMW the lenders will say "oh yah no problem we know 08 was a bad year for everybody, sign here and enjoy your new car" this is the best year to file :cool::biggrin:- heavy_duty
