new steroids wrestling

Hey guys, I'm in wrestling and I'm 5'11 155 pounds and looking to start my first cycle. I want results that wont affect my cardio, and put on lean muscle, if you have any recommendations of what I should use and what dossage per week please let me know, thanks.
