milk thistle dossege

I got some 30:1 extract @ 150mg per pill. 80% silybum marianum I take like 4 ...i get sweats and it feels like its doing something...what do u guys take??? like 1000mg?? whats a good amount? Ive herd other types of liver support but I have this for now and wanna see how it does...
