mild

I'm about to start a mild 4 weeks epistrong cycle at 30mg a day . It's my first time using ph . I'm 23 . For my PCT i was wondering if 4 weeks of hcgenerate would be enough to recover completely from it ? I've heard how mild epistrong was and thats one of the reason why i choose to run this ph.
