My knees I've been bothering me a lot lately I have increase the amount of volume I've been doing and didn't think that my knees would take such a beating Which supplements do you recommend that will help with knee pain

I am in my sixties and my cartilage in my knees is completely gone. the doctor said my only option would be a knee replacement however I don't want to take Route because I've had a couple heart attacks earlier in my life. what are a supplement and sarms that can at least make my knee feel better
