Would like to drop my total body weight Lower. Currently 250 lbs. I would like to get down to 225 lbs. I think that’s a realistic goal. I’m 5’9”.

Just got a little out of hand with morning breakfast, eating a lot of donuts and junk...
I know it is sort of counter productive to even ask this but I am wondering what would be the best option for someone wanting to cut down in terms of what foods I should be eating?
I know to stay away from things like red meat and a lot of junk food like pizza and that sort of thing...
Over the past 20 years I've tried a lot of different products that are cream products
most of them have been junk but there have been a few over the years that have been excellent products
is there one that you can recommend today that would work good for me?
