Glucerna shake once a day?
What do you think about taking Glucerna shakes once a day? I can buy an entire pack of them from Walmart for only $13 and they're ready to drink do you think this stuff will help me manage my blood sugar and also give me energy for when I go work out or is it just something for old people to take?- Qzcuso
